Avid Aircraft was formed in 1983 by Dean Wilson to produce the Avid Flyer Mark IV, Catalina, Bandit and Magnum. In May 1999, the company was sold to Jim and Kim Tomash who restarted production in Ennis, Montana.
Howard had the aircraft shipped in
a kit from the US and spent a year
buiding this wonderful little ultralight
